Employer brand concept

Challenge
As one of Northern Europe’s leading electricity and gas, water and heating wholesalers, Solar realised that lacking awareness of the company was a problem as to recruiting new employees. The challenge was to develop an employer branding concept that would put Solar on the map and ensure that the right kind of employees will keep coming to join the company.

Solution
Taking off from Solar’s mission, vision, values and strategy, core:workers has developed a global employer branding project reaching the full 360 degrees around thorough analysis over strategy to EVP, concept, toolbox and implementation. The concept unites Solar’s employees across different countries as ”CAN-DO people”. The concept has been brought to life in a creative job advert concept in several different languages through a career site, film, brochures etc., and has been anchored internally through workshops, management communication and campaigns in close cooperation with HR responsibles in the local markets.

Result and effect

  • An identity and a concept all Solar employees can recognise
  • Increased internal pride and community spirit across borders
  •  A cohesive external branding of Solar as a workplace that clearly reflects Solar’s uniqueness and qualities as a workplace
