Communcation of new strategy

Challenge
The Danish Safety Technology Authority has developed a new strategy requiring it to orient itself further towards the surrounding world and showing greater resolve on a more objective basis of knowledge. The Director is firmly committed to implementing this strategy throughout the organisation.

Solution
core:workers has helped The Danish Safety Technology Authority communicating the new strategy. In part by coming up with the name ”Outlook and Insight” that summarises the contents of the strategy, and also by developing the presentation of the strategy to the employees, training the Management group in communication, planning a two-day employee seminar and – not least – by developing a new visual identity that will represent the Danish Safety Technology Authority in the future. In addition, core:workers has developed a far-sighted implementation plan with activities that will help the Safety Technology Authority maintain focus on the strategy internally and communicate it externally.

Result and effect
The strategy has been very well received by the employees, and there is great interest in the projects which have been launched initially. The employee seminar, which took place in Legoland®, was deemed to be the best in the history of the Danish Safety Technology Authority.
