A strong employer brand builds on a unique employer value proposition (EVP). An EVP is a collection of selected arguments that the company can apply to market itself as a workplace. An EVP can be seen as a stock of messages to be activated on demand. Or in other words: for products you find USPs, for workplaces EVPs. A strong EVP is the result of an internal analysis of the targets, values, desired company profile and target groups mixed with external competitor and driver analyses.
